What is Montessori?

Montessori enables children to teach themselves. Each child works at their own pace, using Montessori materials to experience a wide variety of subjects including reading, science, mathematics, music and geography. Since the rate of development is unique to each child, a Montessori teacher is keenly aware of each child, and introduces them to new activities that will challenge and delight them.
