Expressive Dance Studio About Us
Expressive Dance Studio, located in Vancouver, WA, exists to create dancers to explore their creative side and to influence them in a positive way through hip-hop dance! Express Dance encourages students to venture out and try other areas of the performing arts industry.
Expressive Dance inspires its students through Hip-Hop. Hip-Hop has become the universal language throughout the country and we hope to speak positively through dance in the lives of others.

Marc Roy
Born and raised in Southern California, Marc developed a love for hip-hop when he was at the young age of 5. Listing to his cousins spin records at local house parties or practicing at home, Marc has always been around the culture. At the late age of 19, Marc found his passion in the arts which was dancing. Marc has trained with the best in the industry and now has developed his own style and personality to his dance. Marc is an award-winning choreographer as well as a well-known instructor throughout the Vancouver/Portland metro area! He recently performed for Microsoft in Las Vegas and is hoping to do more shows in the future. Marc also has a professional dance crew on the side called Kryptic!, which stands for Keeping Real Your Perception To Influence Change.
He hopes to inspire his students not just to be better dancers but better people after his classes. He loves teaching and influencing kids in a positive way. His motto is "Create Yourself!".
